LAUREN NGUYEN
Lauren started off as a mixed martial artist, training for 5 years before switching to Taekwondo in 2014. She is currently a 3rd Dan and has been teaching since 2019. Her favorite event is sparring, and she has competed in many tournaments, including the Oklahoma State Championships and 2019 AAU Nationals in Fort Lauderdale. In her free time, she likes to play the violin or piano, binge watch shows, or host karaoke concerts in her room.

SHIRSHA MUKHERJEE
Shirsha Mukherjee (aka HershyMan) is a 3rd Dan and has been training with Master D for about 8 years. He started Taekwondo in 2013 and has been teaching since 2019.

AaRON DAUGHERTY
Aaron Daugherty has been teaching Taekwondo for about 4 years now. He strated his training 9 years ago and earned his 1st Dan shortly after teaching in 2018. In 9 years Aaron has trained under 4 different head instructors in 2 different cities, with various changes in TKD over that time. As a result of this, Aaron has unique perspective to help to teach.
